🗣️ The 5 people you spend the most time with… Might not even know you exist…

A moment from my life with MY people. 🤘

There’s a saying: You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with. But in 2025, that doesn’t just mean your closest friends, business partners, or colleagues.

With podcasts, books, and social media, some of your biggest influences might be people you’ve never even met.

Many of my greatest mentors never knew they were teaching me.

If you want to level up in business, real estate, and wealth-building, you need to be intentional about the voices you let into your life.

Today, I’m sharing 11 people (through their podcasts) who have shaped my entrepreneurial mindset and investment strategies.

Some of them challenge conventional wisdom. Some provide tactical execution playbooks. But all of them have changed the way I think.

1. "The Game" with Alex Hormozi

Hormozi doesn’t waste time with theory—he’s all about execution. His approach to business growth and scaling is brutally honest and ridiculously practical.

Biggest takeaway? The easiest way to get rich is to make someone else rich first.

Once I started focusing on how to create massive value for others—partners, investors, clients—my own results changed almost overnight.

2. BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast

If you’re in real estate and not listening to this, you’re missing out. The mix of interviews, deep dives, and tactical advice from top investors makes it one of the best educational tools in the industry.

One line that stuck with me: Your network is your net worth.

This podcast reinforced what I already believed—wealth-building in real estate isn’t about going solo; it’s about building the right relationships.

3. My First Million

Sam Parr and Shaan Puri don’t just talk about business ideas; they break them down, debate them, and give you the playbook to execute.

Their core philosophy? You don’t need a groundbreaking idea—just execute better than the next person.

That single insight changed how I approach deals. Most people overcomplicate success when, in reality, it’s about disciplined execution.

4. All In Podcast

Hosted by a group of highly successful venture capitalists, this podcast delivers insights into markets, business strategy, and decision-making at the highest levels.

One standout quote: Great entrepreneurs don’t just see the future—they create it.

If you want to understand how serious operators think, this is required listening.

5. The Joe Rogan Experience

Not a business podcast per se, but the depth and range of conversations make this one of the most valuable listens out there.

A key lesson? Be the hero of your own story.

Rogan’s long-form interviews have reinforced a simple truth: personal responsibility and mindset shape everything.

6. Dan Martell Podcast

Martell is a master at helping entrepreneurs scale through delegation and systems.

His biggest lesson? Buy back your time. The most valuable skill an entrepreneur can develop is delegation.

Real estate, business, or investing—it all comes down to leverage. If you’re still trying to do everything yourself, you’re capping your growth.

7. Wealth Without Wall Street

This podcast is all about financial freedom—real estate, passive income, and alternative wealth-building strategies.

Their core belief? The goal isn’t just making money—it’s creating time freedom.

It’s a shift from “How much can I earn?” to “How can I make my money work for me?”

8. REI Diamonds Show

Dan Breslin’s podcast brings in top-tier investors and deal-makers to talk about market trends and strategies.

One key insight? Finding diamonds in the rough is about knowing where to look and having the right team in place.

Real estate isn’t just about finding good deals—it’s about having the right systems and people in place to execute.

9. The Fort Podcast

Chris Powers covers everything from real estate investing to long-term wealth creation.

A standout episode? How institutional investors think about capital allocation and risk.

It’s a different level of thinking—one that separates amateur investors from true professionals.

10. The Cash Flow Podcast

As the name suggests, this podcast focuses on generating cash flow through real estate, business acquisitions, and passive income.

One key principle: Freedom isn’t about how much money you make—it’s about how much cash flow you control.

A six-figure salary means nothing if your lifestyle eats it up. But predictable, scalable cash flow? That’s real financial independence.

11. The Tim Ferriss Show

Tim Ferriss is a master at deconstructing success. His deep-dive interviews reveal strategies and habits of top performers.

One of my favorite takeaways: What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do.

Fear is a signal. If something makes you uncomfortable, it’s probably worth pursuing.

Apply What You Learn

Listening to these podcasts won’t change your life—implementing what you learn will.

Take notes. Try new strategies. Push through discomfort.

Real estate, entrepreneurship, wealth-building—it’s all about taking action even when you’re unsure.

If you want a better future, start by surrounding yourself—even virtually—with the right influences.
